Coaching Skills for Leaders
Great leaders develop others. This course equips leaders with coaching tools and frameworks to unlock potential, build capability, and enhance performance. Using GROW, Transactional Analysis, and other coaching models, participants learn how to ask powerful questions, listen deeply, and provide guidance without dictating solutions.
Through roleplay and feedback, leaders practise facilitating insight, accountability, and development, building coaching habits that strengthen both individual and team outcomes.
