Difficult conversations are where leaders make their impact felt — or lost. This course equips leaders with the skills to communicate assertively and empathetically, using Transactional Analysis to understand interpersonal dynamics.

Through roleplay and feedback, they practise conversations ranging from performance discussions to strategic alignment talks, leaving confident in their ability to influence and inspire through dialogue.
