Introduction to Leadership
Leadership begins with self-awareness and intentional influence — not a job title. This foundational course helps emerging leaders understand the mindset and behaviours that build credibility, connection, and trust. Participants explore leadership through the lens of communication, motivation, and Emotional Intelligence, learning how to adapt their style to different personalities and situations.
Using frameworks such as Transactional Analysis and the Trust Model, participants reflect on their default leadership behaviours and experiment with new ways of leading with empathy, clarity, and authenticity.
