Personality & Self-Awareness: Understanding Yourself and Others
Self-awareness is the cornerstone of effective communication and collaboration. This course uses psychometric tools and colour-based personality models (such as Insights Discovery or PACE Palette) to help participants explore their communication preferences, strengths, and blind spots.
Through dynamic activities and discussion, participants gain insight into how different styles think, decide, and interact, and learn how to flex their approach to build stronger, more productive relationships.
