Situational Leadership
Leadership is not one-size-fits-all. This course teaches leaders to adapt their approach based on team member capability and motivation. Using Hersey & Blanchard’s Situational Leadership model, participants learn to diagnose needs, provide appropriate support, and flex their style to optimise team performance.
Practical exercises allow leaders to practise applying the model in real-world scenarios, improving their ability to lead diverse teams effectively and dynamically.
