The Art of Delegation
Effective delegation is both an art and a science. This course helps leaders shift from doing everything themselves to empowering others strategically. Using Situational Leadership tools, along with the Echios OPAD model of delegation, participants learn to assess team readiness, allocate responsibility, and provide guidance without micromanaging.
Through practical exercises and reflection, leaders explore how to build capability, trust, and accountability, freeing themselves to focus on strategic priorities.
