Over two months, you’ll take part in a series of four dynamic, fortnightly workshops, each focused on a core area of professional growth and leadership confidence. Every participant also receives a complimentary 1:1 coaching session with one of our expert communication coaches, ensuring personalised support and real-world application.
The course will run over 6 months comprising of a monthly 2-hour training session. It will also include 1:1 monthly coaching sessions to understand specific empowerment goals. Additionally, there will be 2 panel sessions where professionals within the financial sector will be invited to share their experiences. The course will be highly interactive, encouraging attendees to get involved, collaborate and share ideas.

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we work, boosting productivity, enhancing decision-making, and unlocking new levels of creativity. This fast-paced, hands-on course equips professionals with the skills to use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and enterprise models effectively and responsibly in daily workflows.
Participants will learn to personalize AI behaviour, co-create visually through Canvas, and apply advanced prompt engineering for precise, high-quality outputs. The course also explores working with data and files, automating tasks with Agent Mode, and integrating AI seamlessly across Microsoft 365 tools. By the end, participants will be equipped to harness AI confidently — improving accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency while ensuring reliability and trust in every output.
