Accelerating Development through Feedback

This course uses the Echios 5 Step Feedback Model to help leaders give feedback that motivates, challenges, and inspires growth. Participants also explore effective ways to receive feedback, modeling a culture of continuous improvement.​

Through scenario-based practice and peer coaching, leaders are equipped to embed feedback into day-to-day interactions, accelerating individual and team development.

What this course unlocks​

This course develops the ability to deliver feedback in a way that calms the brain’s threat response and supports learning and reflection.Participants build awareness of the amygdala’s role in fight, flight, and freeze reactions and learn practical techniques to reduce emotionalescalation so growth focused information can be heard and used. A clear five step feedback process provides structure and security for the feedback giver, lowering pressure and enabling confident, regular conversations. The focus is on feedback as an ongoing leadership practice that strengthens development, accountability, and performance over time.​
