Active Listening

This session builds awareness of listening habits and their impact on understanding, relationships and results. Utilizing the OINR model and principles fromemotional intelligence, participants develop the ability to listen beyond words and recognize intent, tone and emotion.​​

Interactive exercises highlight the contrast between surface level and empathic listening. Participants strengthen the skills required for meaningful engagementand sustained connection.​
